Overcoming Self-Sabotage BodyTalk Session

You may be familiar with the idea of self-destructive or self-sabotaging behaviors that can keep us trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and self-defeat. But what exactly is self-sabotage, and why do we do it?

Self-sabotage can be defined as any behavior or thought pattern that stands in the way of our success or happiness. Often, it is driven by our inner critic, the part of us that tells us we’re not good enough, we don’t deserve happiness, or we’ll never achieve our goals. 

Whatever the reason for these limiting behaviors, they can significantly impact our lives. Living a fulfilling life is impossible if we’re constantly second-guessing ourselves or putting off our dreams. Thankfully, there are strategies to help. With self-awareness, some effort, and BodyTalk we can learn to silence our inner critic and confidently move forward.
